Learning Objectives

Some significant issues will be examined to the purpose of understanding how the artistic activity has been developing in connection with the deep aesthetic, cultural and sociological changes produced by the characteristics of the contemporary world.



Detailed Course Content

We’ll be focusing our attention on international art from the 50’s to the present day and we’ll be making specific reference to the situation so-called “post-medial”, to Video Art, to performance and Body Art and to hybridizations between art and new media.
