CULTURA ROMANZA E VISUALITA'

The course aims to compare written forms with figurative ones through the methodological approach of visual culture studies.

Lectures with the help of images and ppt. Furthermore, lessons will be organized in such a way as to stimulate debate and comparison through the presentation of individual works.

The course is divided into two sections:

[A] Fundamentals: the concept of Romance culture and visual culture.

[B] In-depth study: from the frame as a support to the pictorial arts to the narrative frame.
