The course aims to provide fundamental knowledge on cultural and educational models pertaining to the various manifestations of sport and motor activity as training and educational practices. The course, in particular, provides a critical analysis of the scientific, formative, and anthropological dimensions of sport, as well as the intrinsic values of sporting practice, in order to identify the elements that contribute to the definition of sport pedagogy. The course also aims to provide methodological tools for planning and monitoring projects/educational interventions in the field of sport and motor, with a focus on the context of educational services and the relationship between school and out-of-school, in order to promote sport as a means of pursuing people's psychophysical well-being and social inclusion.
At the end of the course, students should understand the fundamentals of sport pedagogy, as well as the main educational models in their historical development and implementation; how to develop relational educational practices in the field of sport; and the educational value of sport and its importance in the promotion of individual well-being. to comprehend the inclusive function of sport in various formal and non-formal educational contexts; to comprehend the role and functions of the educator and professional of motor and sport activities; to comprehend how to design, develop, and coordinate projects and educational interventions in the sport and motor field aimed at developing correct lifestyles and life skills

The course will address issues relating to organizational contexts and the importance of a relational climate that favors interactions and motivation for the task. Aspects relating to work-related stress and the interventions to be implemented for the well-being of workers will also be discussed. Psychological aspects related to entrepreneurial skills will also be analyzed, to be understood as a culture that supports personal skills and the enhancement of people.
The theoretical and operational contents of the Course will give ample space to activities related to students' career opportunities.
