ORDINAMENTO E CONSERVAZIONE DEI BENI ARCHIVISTICI

The course aims to deepen the issues concerning archival arrangement methodologies as well as the questions related to the preservation of archives considering new information technologies.

A. Retrace the history of the archives with reference to the arrangement methods adopted by archival institutions and especially to the debate on the historical method.

Deepen the topics on the arrangement and inventory of historical archives as well as on the research tools created with the help of the most advanced software adopted in Italy.

B. Deepen the crucial issue of the transition from analogue archives to digital archives and examine the requirements, methods and systems for the production, archiving and preservation of electronic documents.
