The teaching is proposed that the student acquires specific competences and skills to understand the work processes of health organizations and aimed at :
1) Identify adverse events and related risk factors;
2) Use appropriate detection systems;
3) Prevention and management of adverse events and their consequences;
4) Ability to optimize the resources dedicated to clinical risk management;
5) ability to be able to promote organizational communication and integration between the different professional figures, to achieve safe, effective, efficient performance, appropriately documented and provided by competent operators.

Motivate staff to learn continuously, evaluate their skills to increase their professional potential
Design, implement and evaluate training interventions
Develop the nursing disciplinary teaching in basic, complementary and permanent training
Acquire teaching skills oriented to the training of the tutor in order to favor the clinical learning of the trainee students
The assessment of learning will be carried out with the modules teachers of the integrated course of Nursing Sciences and aims to evaluate the achievement of the didactic objectives
The examination will be held in written form with open-ended questions followed by an oral exam on the topics presented during the lessons, the students will have to describe their ability to apply the tools they have acquired for the analysis of critical cases. It is expected a unitary evaluation of integrated course of thirty.
