Learning Objectives

Knowledge and understanding

"The teaching of Biolaw proposes the knowledge of the relationship between human life and the legal rules in order to provide students with an approach to the topics of the course that is not only technical but, above all, anthropological, being directed primarily acquisition dell'imprescindibile given departure represented by the value of the human person ".

Life and law.

The medically assisted procreation techniques and discipline of February 19, 2004 law no. 40.
