Learning Objectives

Knowledge and understanding
"The teaching of Biolaw proposes the knowledge of the relationship between human life and the legal rules in order to provide students with an approach to the topics of the course that is not only technical but, above all, anthropological, being directed primarily acquisition dell'imprescindibile given departure represented by the value of the human person".
Applying knowledge and understanding
"The wealth of basic knowledge related to the institutional rules of private law, together with any appropriate reflective capacities, aims to enable the development of critical skills of the student in order not only to the current legal status (including the contribution of the law which living law) but also with reference to projects of legal regulation in this sensitive field experience legislation".


Course Structure

Lectures, during with a critical spirit and shared the completed legislative, judicial path and practical cases are faced whose solution is entrusted to the active participation of the students attended, also through the establishment of special working groups (also on line), together with the contribution of various specialists in the sectors affected by the topics addressed.

Should teaching be carried out in mixed mode or remotely, it may be necessary to introduce changes with respect to previous statements, in line with the programme planned and outlined in the syllabus.

Learning assessment may also be carried out on line, should the conditions require it.
