The course aims to provide students with the technical, didactic, theoretical and practical elements to be able to understand or deepen their knowledge of Martial Arts in general and some of them in particular. This, including the peculiar differences and the factors common to each of them, both from a martial and sporting point of view (where foreseen) and last but not least the implications with Personal Defense. It also aims to provide the basis for understanding the essential factors that determine the best performance in sports disciplines.

Being able to carry out practical activities, with: attention, observation skills, coordination, ability to adapt.
