The course is teacher-directed and peer-directed.
The first part of the course consists of interactive lectures. This part will build the core knowledge base for Transantional Law and its sources, actors and processes (Required Readings will be available online).
The second part of the course will follow the format of seminars. The second part of the course focuses on problem-based and project-based learning.
Students will be asked to work in small subgroups on particular issues selected in consultation with the instructor.
Attendance is compulsory for this course.
The Course is structured in two parts:
Part 1 introduces (three sessions) the theoretical foundations of Transnational Law
Part 2 analyses selected topics and cases of European Transnational Law
