Expected Learning Outcomes

The course aims at acquiring knowledge of the institutions that regulate private relationships, paying particular attention to the historical-political reconstruction of the process of regulating patrimonial relations. This approach will make it possible to identify the rationale of legislative interventions and jurisprudential orientations in the continuous tension to the effectiveness of the protections of legally relevant interests, allowing to analyze the causes and effects of the profound transformations of the system of protection of rights that have redefined the traditional civil categories. and reaffirmed the primacy of constitutional values ​​and principles.
