In addition, the course will address sales forecasting techniques, inventory management strategies, and innovation in production processes. These topics will provide students with a strong theoretical and practical foundation for understanding and analyzing the operational and strategic dynamics of agrifood enterprises
Applying Knowledge and Understanding
At the end of the course, students will be able to apply the knowledge acquired to real-world business contexts, demonstrating practical skills in addressing managerial challenges.
