Detailed Course Content
The course investigates the technical-operational issues of social worker's work, with specific reference to the intervention context (organisational setting) and professional tools.
Particular relevance is given to the professional interview, to its different purposes and ways of conducting it, to the variety of situations and intervention fields in which it is made.
The topic of documentation will also be examined in depth, distinguishing between organisational documents and professional ones (e.g. social folder, recording of interviews, professional reports, etc.), highlighting their purpose and management methods.
