The aim of the Immunopathology course is to provide the bases for understanding the pathological mechanisms involved in immune system. During the course, the physiological role of immune system and inflammation will be deepened to better understand the main immunopathological diseases.
The teaching will be carried out through the provision of classroom teaching lessons.
Should teaching be carried out in mixed mode or remotely, it may be necessary to introduce changes with respect to previous statements, in line with the programme planned and outlined in the syllabus.
Inflammation: acute, chronic, mediators of inflammation
Immune system: innate immunity, acquired (mediated and humoral cell)
Hypersensitivity: I, II, III, and IV type
