Risultati di apprendimento attesi

Verrà impartita agli studenti una chiara panoramica dei meccanismi molecolari alla base della regolazione della trascrizione nel genoma umano, nonché del ruolo fondamentale di microRNA e long-noncoding RNA nei meccanismi di controllo delle funzioni biologiche. Gli studenti saranno capaci di collegare la struttura con la funzione delle molecole, e quindi con i fenomeni biologici complessi.

 

Inoltre verranno fornite loro le conoscenze sugli strumenti sperimentali che rendono possibile i moderni avanzamenti della ricerca scientica

Lezioni frontali supportate da diapositive in formato ppt che verranno messe a disposizione degli studenti sulla piattaforma STUDIUM.
