Learning Objectives

The course aims to make the student aware of the origins, evolution and reasons that inspired the cultural goods law, so as to reach a critical consideration about the prospects opened up by the change of the object and the forms of protection, as well as the transformation of subjects, institutional and private, responsible for the management and promotion of cultural heritage.



Detailed Course Content

General notions on the public system and administrative law. History of legislation on cultural heritage. The notion of cultural good and legal regime: identification, protection, circulation, use and exploitation.
