The Educational Sciences course aims to deepen some basic concepts of pedagogy, and to provide an overall picture of the science of training processes in the light of today's epistemological debate. In particular, the course aims to promote:
- the knowledge of the historical, theoretical and epistemological bases of pedagogical knowledge;
- the competence in using the basic vocabulary of pedagogy;
- knowledge of the tools necessary for research in educational situations;
- the capacity for critical and autonomous judgment on issues concerning pedagogy;
- the knowledge of the historical-pedagogical bases of the Motor and Sport Sciences;
- the ability to decline the general theoretical and methodological knowledge of pedagogy in school contexts, with particular reference to Science of physical and sports activities.
The purpose of the course is to provide the basic concepts related to the psychology of work; for this purpose the student will be guided through an excursus of the discipline, from its birth to the most recent developments, addressing the theoretical and practical dimensions related to the instruments of this field.
Following the course, the student will have the basic theoretical knowledge in the field of occupational psychology and will be able to critically interpret the relationship between man and work and man-organization in relation to phenomena related to working contexts.
