The educational goal is to provide students with a full understanding of the many diseases of the oral cavity that occur in children , the correct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures .
At the end of the course students will know the correct psychological approach to the dental patient in childhood , concepts of embryology and growth of the stomatognathic in their implications with malformations of the jaw , dental abnormalities , malocclusions ; They will also have to learn how to diagnose and treat dental caries and its complications , the bad habits , the common stomatomucositi and disorders of the temporomandibular joints .
