  Physical examination and diagnostic approach to diabetes, thyroid disease and major endocrine disorders

  Basic elements of clinical microbiology and pathogenesis of infectious diseases (direct or immune mediated mechanisms), geographic and social impact, modes of transmission, clinical features, diagnostic and therapeutic pathways .
