The program planned for Computer Sciences resumes the valid arguments for the achievement of the European Computer Driving Licence, a qualification recognized internationally IT designed to give students the skills to use a computer confidently and effectively. This course can help to improve your understanding and efficient use of computers. The course opens up a variety of opportunities through the broad range of skills it provides.
The course has the purpose to describe the main methods and techniques for measuring quantities that mainly concern the acoustic field. In particular, the principal topics of the theory of measures will be covered during class lectures. In particular, the course will held the levels of uncertainty intrinsically related to each type of actual measurements, the fundamental reference samples of the SI system and some significant basic analogical and digital instruments.
Computer Essentials: sets out essential concepts and skills relating in the field of hardware and software components, to the use of devices, file creation and management, networks and data security.
Online Essentials: sets out essential concepts and skills relating to web browsing, effective information search, online communication and e-mail.
IT Security: sets out essential concepts and skills relating to the ability to understand the main concepts underlying the secure use of ICT in daily life and to use relevant techniques and applications to maintain a secure network connection, use the Internet safely and securely, and manage data and information appropriately
Word Processing: this course provides the basis for the practice-based test in ECDL. Word Processing requires the learner to demonstrate the ability to use a word processing application to create everyday letters and documents.
Spreadsheets: this course provides the basis for the practice-based test in ECDL. Spreadsheets requires the learner to understand the concept of spreadsheets and to demonstrate an ability to use a spreadsheet to produce accurate work.
