Detailed Course Content

The course provides a discussion of the problems and critical issues relating to public decisions, or on that part of political philosophy which regards the selection criteria designed to configurations of social arrangements balanced, stable and just, even in situations of uncertainty or risk. The content consists of two parts. The first part of the course analyses a wide range of theories of liberal justice. The second part is dedicated to the rational criteria of choice in specific contexts and scenarios of a conflict.
