SOCIOLOGIA DEL DIRITTO E PUBBLICHE AMMINISTRAZIONI

The main objective of the module is to provide the student with the fundamentals of evaluation logic and in-depth knowledge about the most relevant valuation theories. This module will allows students to understand the role of evaluation in the political system and the link between evaluation approaches and the evaluation functions in the Public Administration, as well as set and design autonomously evaluation research. Moreover, students face in critical relationships the link between monitoring and evaluation, and the issues of discretion that guides the actions of PA. These aspects allow the student, in a context of complexity in organizational systems, to identify potential "nodes" in the implementation of public programs for the definition of monitoring systems effectively oriented to capture procedural aspects and expand learning opportunities for actors involved in implementation process.
