The course aims to study the texts written in the Medieval period which generated modern European culture
The course is divided into two sections:
(A)The transmission of the text
(B)At the origin of the modern novella
Close reading of selected passages from Calila and Dimna (in Indian, Arabic, Latin, Spanish, Italian and French) available at: studium.unict.it.
