At the end of the course, students must be able to know the basic notions, the theory of law and the legal system, the fundamental principles, the sources of law, fundamental rights, constitutional bodies, guarantee instruments, type of state, the relationships between the Italian legal system and the European and international legal system. The student must also demonstrate the ability to frame practical problems within the framework of the reference constitutional principles.
