Provide appropriate knowledge and skills useful to understand geomorphological structures surveyed in different latitudes of the globe taking in account the different geological and climatic characteristics of the areas. The goal is obtained by the analysis of variation of the “base level” as a consequence of tectonic and paleoclimatic variations.
