In this section, the origins of comparative law as well as its object and goals will be dealt with. Attention will then be focused on the crucial taxonomy of “constitution”.
In this unit the analysis of the main features of the contemporary constitutional legal orders (such as UK, USA, France) will be carried out in order to highlight the most important similarities and differences among them.
The constitutional charters of Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt will be discussed within the framework of the main tenets of the western constitutionalism.
