The course develops skills in business organization in order to understand how the single laboratory technician activity is placed in the view of the national health system and more generally in the country system. The key issue is the presentation of the basic concepts behind any organization and the objectives that it must propose and achieve.

The aim of this course is to give students a grounding in the basic concepts of ICT technologies in the biomedical field. Indeed a wide range of topics is covered, starting from the introduction of information concept, data processing techniques, signal acquisition systems and digital image processing.
