Obiettivi formativi

GLOBALIZATION AND THE MULTINATIONAL ENTERPRISE
Il modulo si propone di fornire conoscenze relative all’internazionalizzazione di impresa, nonché un framework concettuale che tenga conto di diverse prospettive teoriche sul fenomeno in questione. Il modulo si propone inoltre di sviluppare capacità di analisi critica relativamente a questioni economiche connesse al fenomeno dell’internazionalizzazione.
IB STRATEGY AND THE ORGANIZATION OF THE MULTINATIONAL ENTERPRISE
Il modulo si propone di fornire conoscenze relative alle sfide strategiche che le imprese che si internazionalizzano fronteggiano. Particolare attenzione sarà posta sulla responsabilità sociale di impresa e specificatamente su questioni legate alla corruzione in relazione ad attività internazionali. Il modulo si propone inoltre di favorire lo sviluppo di capacità di problem-solving connesse a questioni strategiche complesse in ambito internazionale.
