- Risks connected with asbestos removal and handling;
- Biological hazards;
- Risks from manual handling of loads;
- Risks of fire and explosion;
- Risks in the assembly and disassembly of prefabricated elements;
- Personal protective equipment and safety signs.
Methodology and management framework (16 hours)
- Minimum contents for the safety and coordination plan, for the substitute safety plan and for the operational safety plan;
- Methodological criteria for the following documents:
a) safety plan, coordination and integration with operational safety plans and documents;
b) operational safety plan;
c) building dossier for safety in maintenance works;
d) Pi.M.U.S. (Assembly Plan, Use, Dismantling of Scaffolding;
e) assessment of costs for safety.
- Theories and techniques of communication, problem solving and cooperation; theories of groups and leadership management;
- Relationships with clients, designers, construction managers, workers' delegates for safety.
Practices in classroom (24 hours)
- Examples of Safety and Coordination Plan: project presentation, discussion on the analysis of risks related to the area, the organization of the construction site, the working and their interference;
- Drafting of Safety and Coordination Plan: risks related to the area, the organization of the construction site, the working and their interference. Working groups;
- Examples of Safety Plans and Substitute Safety Plans;
- Examples and drafting of building dossier for safety in maintenance works;
- Simulation on the role of the Safety Coordinator during construction.
