The course aims to provide students with the knowledge about the main institutions of labor law. This time through the analysis of national legislation and because of the key supranational case law relating to the various issues addressed. Among the objectives pursued it is worth noting the possibility to deliver to students the ability to master and use the sources and legal instruments in labor law with a view to train specialists in human resource management and work organization. Among the skills that the student should be able to develop with this course, it is certainly significant that related to the ability to be able to orientate in the interaction of the multiple sources of law with a view to facilitating their integration into the working world.
