Knowledge and comprehension
The course aims at the knowledge of the organizational model of consumer bargaining, with particular attention to the new challenges posed also by digital markets, through a critical study, between doctrine and jurisprudence, of the underlying problems.
Ability to apply knowledge and comprehension
Through the examination of the most significant regulatory provisions on the subject and the contribution of the national and Community courts, the student will have the possibility of acquiring the necessary mastery in this regard, also with respect to the possible remedial solutions.
Autonomy of judgement
The not only theoretical but also case-study approach of the course will allow the student to acquire adequate investigation and in-depth analysis skills to develop an independent judgment capacity.
Communication abilities
A dialogic approach to teaching, together with the course in English, will allow the student to improve their dialectical skills, getting used to reasoning and comparing themselves both with the course holder and with their colleagues, benefiting from active participation in the activities didactic.
Ability to learn
The professionalizing teaching of Consumer Contract law will allow the student not only to deepen the main institutes of the consumer law, but also to understand, through the examination of practical cases, the methods of approach of the national and EU legislator to the solution of conflicts that may affect the consumer.
