- Theoretical basis and operative models.
The helping relationship depending on models: problem-solving; psycho-social; psycho-social; existential; socio-behavioral; unified, integrated. The model focused on the task and its applications.
The dimensions of social intervention. Teamwork in social service: group and group dynamics, teamwork and work team experiences. Community reading profiles and community intervention models. The mediation in the conflict management. The intervention planning in the task management.
