Il corso è imperniato su lezioni frontali in cui saranno commentati gli atti internazionali più rilevanti in materia di tutela regionale dei diritti umani, con riferimenti puntuali a singoli diritti tutelati.

Il corso ha ad oggetto la protezione internazionale dei diritti umani, con riferimento specifico alla tutela su base regionale (Europa, America, Africa e qualche cenno al continente asiatico).

A final exam on both part of the 6 ECTS course. Students are required to write a paper on a topic approved by Professors in advance, having the purpose to give evidence of students' skill to understand internatiional legal rules on human rights protection, according to their interpretation and application.
A topic is assigned to each student in advance.
