SPANISH LANGUAGE AND TRANSLATION 1

The main aim is to give students the linguistic notions about Spanish morphology and syntax, to develop the linguistic and communicative competences established by the level B1 of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. That is, to be able to master a sufficient set of skills sufficient for an initial communications level in Spanish-speaking countries.

The course consists in frontal lessons, oral and written practices.

Basic-level concepts about phonetics and phonology, morphology and syntax (fundamental grammatical basic structures) of the Spanish language. Building of a basic vocabulary, civilization elements; translation, reading and writing exercises, and conversation.
