Diritto privato dello sport

We intend to discuss practical cases, with the active participation of students, coming from the sports world and in which legal issues of private law are set out in relation to which the teacher will provide the necessary knowledge

Should teaching be carried out in mixed mode or remotely, it may be necessary to introduce changes with respect to previous statements, in line with the programme planned and outlined in the syllabus.

Learning assessment may also be carried out on line, should the conditions require it.

Liability for damage in sport; the relationship between sports justice and the state system; image rights of athletes and marketing contracts (especially sponsorship); about legal relevance of the sportsman's interest in fulfilling by actually taking part in the competition
