Normally, examinations will take place "in presence". Learning assessment may also be carried out on line, should the conditions require it.

The collective bargaining and its structure. The legal forms of public employment. The flexible contracts. The contract of employment and its discipline. The organization of workers: duties, qualifications, categories. The career of public employees. The role of public management. The trial rules.
