The sources of Roman private Law and the Interpretatio iuris. Personae and res. Natural persons and their legal status and activities. Economical-patrimonial rights over things.The civil trials in their historical succession. Legal transactions and agreements. Possession. Ownnership. Iura in re aliena. Law of agreements and Law of torts. Damnum. The Law of Succession.
