Learning Objectives

SISTEMI DI ELABORAZIONE DELLE INFORMAZIONI
The goal of the course is to provide general concepts of IT processing system (knowledge and understanding) and how it can be applied in the health sector, analyzing concrete examples (applying knowledge and understanding), deepening aspects related to managerial systems in the governance and monitoring of operational processes with the function of supporting decision-making steps (making judgements).

Cooperative learning and PBL activities will develop communication and learning skills

Frontal teaching - cooperative learning

Should teaching be carried out in mixed mode or remotely, it may be necessary to introduce changes with respect to previous statements, in line with the programme planned and outlined in the syllabus.

Learning assessment may also be carried out on line, should the conditions require it.

- General and functional architecture of a data processing system;
- Information systems in the medical field: Medical record - e-Health - HIS – HL7
- Information System and Database
- Systems for the governance of operational processes with decision support (DWH - BI-KPI)
- Use of BI tools for creating managerial dashboards
- Use of IT systems for planning and time control (WBS - Gantt)
