The General Pedagogy course is aimed at providing students with knowledge relating to the issues of education and training both from a theoretical point of view and in reference to the methodological aspects of the discipline.
The training objectives are as follows:
define and identify the theoretical and methodological foundations of pedagogical knowledge
know and use the vocabulary
acquire skills of analysis of the different training environments (formal, non-formal, informal) and of the educational needs in relation to the different age groups.
determine the elements that contribute to the definition of the disciplinary identity of the pedagogy of the body
grasp the educational value of sport and its importance for promoting the well-being of individuals
understand the inclusive function of sport in different formal and non-formal educational contexts
identify and describe the professional skills of sports operators

WORK PSYCHOLOGY
The course will address issues relating to organizational contexts and the importance of a relational climate that favors interactions and motivation for the task. Aspects relating to work-related stress and the interventions to be implemented for the well-being of workers will also be discussed. Psychological aspects related to entrepreneurial skills will also be analyzed, to be understood as a culture that supports personal skills and the enhancement of people.
The theoretical and operational contents of the Course will give ample space to activities related to students' career opportunities.
