The aim is to provide the knowledge of the main musculoskeletal diseases of orthopedic and traumatology. The course provides knowledge regarding common orthopedic and traumatological diseases in physical and sports activities, related to their impact on the planning, organization, and management of motor activities, in relation to the various ages : from thepediatric age to the elderly.
Provide the necessary information , both in terms of notions that the methodology of intervention , for the patient's rehabilitation with orthopedic disorders .
To know the anatomy and physiology of the nervous systems and muscles and their main alterations.
To provide the knowledge required for the clinical classification of the patient undergoing rehabilitation.
To know the main electrophysiological techniques of evaluation, quantification, and monitoring of neuromuscular pathology.
To make the student understand the purpose of the Therapeutic Exercise as a treatment of dysfunctions in various pathologies of orthopedic and rheumatological interest.
