Learning Objectives

The course aims to deepen the knowledge and basic methodologies for the study and analysis of the main characteristics of innovative materials used in agriculture, in the chemical-pharmaceutical and bio-medical fields, with particular regard to the applications of biomaterials. for prosthetic implants and / or tissue growth for a better quality of life. Furthermore, the knowledge and skills useful for designing the chemical-physical properties of these materials are part of the objectives of the course, starting from the knowledge of the atomic and molecular structures that compose them.
