Learning Objectives

• CHIRURGIA GENERALE
  

  Knowledge of etiopathogenesis, pathophysiology, symptomatology, diagnosis, including differential, and principles of surgical therapy of diseases of surgical relevance, with particular regard to those of an oncological nature and of the digestive system, with attention to the aspects of surgical anatomy, physical and instrumental semeiotics and general elements of surgical therapy

  Knowledge of breast oncological pathologies. and the concepts of paths diagnostic / therapeutic in oncology and in this case in the context of a BREAST UNIT. Understanding and training in the use of national and international GUIDELINES. Learning classic oncologic surgical thecniques and the newest oncoplastic and oncoreconstructive ones for treatment of breast cancer.

  Dyskinesias of the esophagus - Diverticula of the esophagus - Benign and neoplastic strictures of the esophagus - Diaphragmatic hernias and GERD - Stomach tumors - GIST - Neuroendocrine tumors - Gastroduodenal peptic ulcer - Duodenal diverticula - Tumors of the papilla and VBP - Tumors of the gallbladder - Cholecysto-choledocholithiasis - Primary and secondary tumors of the liver - Hepatic hydatidosis and non-parasitic cysts - Acute pancreatitis - Exocrine and endocrine tumors of the pancreas - Tumors of the mesenteric small intestine - Retroperitoneal tumors - Intestinal infarction - Diverticular disease of the colon - Inflammatory bowel diseases large intestine and rectum - Anorectal pathology and pelvic floor dysfunctions - Splenopathies of surgical interest - Hernias and laparoceles - Benign and malignant breast tumors - Thyroid tumors and goiter

  Considerations on the doctor / cancer patient relationship. Outlines of embryology, anatomy and physiology of the breast. Breast malformation and dysplasia. Inflammatory disorders of the breast. Benign neoplastic diseases of the breast. Malignant neoplastic disorders of the breast. Clinical and instrumental semeiotics of the breast. Surgical interventions for the treatment of breast diseases. National and international GUIDELINES; flowcharts. The Breast Unit and presentation of clinical cases and related diagnostic / therapeutic paths. Voluntary associations.
