The student has to demonstrate the understanding of human body organization, both at a macroscopic and microscopic level, and the topographic relations between the structures correlating them with the histology and function. Thus to provide a rational basis on which the practical activity is based. At the end of the course, the student will be able to understand the structural and functional anatomy of the digestive, respiratory, urinary, male and female genital apparatus and endocrine system and the fundamental principles of topographical, radiological and clinical anatomy and to apply this knowledge to the medical practice.
At the end of the course, the student must demonstrate to have acquired the fundamental knowledge on the morphological organization of the nervous system and the related functional correlations in order to be able to apply them to clinical practice.
Lectures include the use of powerpoint presentations supplemented by any formative evaluation, to monitor students' progress towards learning objectives, through the use of blended learning platforms or direct teacher / student interactionShould teaching be carried out in mixed mode or remotely, it may be necessary to introduce changes with respect to previous statements, in line with the programme planned and outlined in the syllabus.
