Learning Objectives

ORGANIZATION BEHAVIOUR AND DESIGN,
The course develops skills in business organization in order to understand how the single laboratory technician activity is placed in the view of the national health system and more generally in the country system. The key issue is the presentation of the basic concepts behind any organization and the objectives that it must propose and achieve.

The model of organization present in the Italian health authorities , their goals and working methods are presented.

Should teaching be carried out in mixed mode or remotely, it may be necessary to introduce changes with respect to previous statements, in line with the programme planned and outlined in the syllabus.
SISTEMI DI ELABORAZIONE DELLE INFORMAZIONI
The goal of the course is to provide general concepts of IT processing system (knowledge and understanding) and how it can be applied in the health sector, analyzing concrete examples (applying knowledge and understanding), deepening aspects related to managerial systems in the governance and monitoring of operational processes with the function of supporting decision-making steps (making judgements).

Cooperative learning and PBL activities will develop communication and learning skills

Course Structure

Frontal lessons.

It is foreseen the presentation of examples illustrating the different structures described.

Learning assessment may also be carried out on line, should the conditions require it.
