Frontal lesson and guided reading of sources.

It is planned a mid-term test during the module.

Reading and analysis of the Roman-Christian legal sources in the Codex Theodosianus and in the Corpus Juris Civilis in relation at the ecclesiastical institutions; moreover, the course includes reading and analysis of a selection of literary and legal sources focusing on the theme of emotions.
