The module is dedicated to the study of human splancnology with clinical orientation. In addition to the systematic study of the various organs and systems, the student will integrate notions of clinical and radiological anatomy. For each organ, notions of microscopic anatomy are required to define the structure of the same.
At the end of the course, the student must demonstrate to have acquired the fundamental knowledge on the morphological organization of the nervous system and the related functional correlations in order to be able to apply them to clinical practice.
Description of the organogenesis of the digestive system and generalities with morpho-functional references. Describe the macroscopic and microscopic anatomy of the oral cavity, of the major salivary glands, pharynx, esophagus, stomach, duodenum, mesenteric small intestine and large intestine. Describe macroscopic and microscopic anatomy of the liver, pancreas and biliary tract. describe the organization of the peritoneum and the formations attached to it. Describe the splanchnic circulation and the portal circle. Describe the topographic, radiological and endoscopic anatomy of the digestive tract and the peritoneal cavity. Describe the organogenesis of the urinary tract. Describe the macroscopic and microscopic anatomy of the upper respiratory tract: nose, nasal cavities, nasal mucosa and pharynx, larynx, trachea, bronchi with precise morpho-functional references. Describe the macroscopic and microscopic anatomy of the lung. Describe the pleural cavities. Describe the radiological, clinical and endoscopic anatomy of the lung airways. Describe the organogenesis of the urinary system with the morphological and functional references and references. Describe the macroscopic and microscopic anatomy of the kidneys and urinary tract. Describe the radiological, clinical and topographic anatomy of the kidney and urinary tract. Describe the organogenesis of the male genital apparatus with generality and functional aspects. Macroscopic and microscopic anatomy of the testicle, prostate and sperm pathways. Describe the macro anatomy of the external genitalia. Describe the organogenesis of the female genital apparatus. Describe the macroscopic and microscopic anatomy of the uterus and its appendages. To investigate the topographic anatomy of the female pelvis with particular reference to the relationship with the peritoneum. Describe the macroscopic and microscopic anatomy of the endocrine glands: pituitary, thyroid and parathyroid glands, adrenal glands, endocrine pancreas and diffuse endocrine system with specific morpho-functional references
The course includes the discussion of the morpho-functional anatomy of the nervous system and the references of related topographic, radiological and clinical anatomy.
