The course aims to provide a general overview of the fundamental concepts of Psychology with particular reference to the relational and communicative processes with the patient, necessary for the correct management of the physician-patient therapeutic relationship as well as for the development of an adequate ability to globally consider the patient as a person in its relations with social and physical environment. The course will also include specific in-depth studies on issues related to communicative and relational management of the dental patient.
