The student has to demonstrate the understanding of human body organization, both at a macroscopic and microscopic level, and the topographic relations between the structures correlating them with the histology and function. Thus to provide a rational basis on which the practical activity is based. At the end of the course, the student will be able to understand the structural and functional anatomy of the digestive, respiratory, urinary, male and female genital apparatus and endocrine system and the fundamental principles of topographical, radiological and clinical anatomy and to apply this knowledge to the medical practice.
At the end of the course, the student will be able to recognize all the fields concerning the functional organization of Nervous System. Furthermore, the student will be able to analyze the correlation between the different tissue structures and the physiologic function and its application during the clinical practice.
The course includes the study of morphological and functional anatomy of the Nervous System and the references of Topographical Anatomy, Radiology and Clinical related to them.
