Learning Objectives

The course has as its aims as to reach a scientific-disciplinary set of skills related to the design and implementation of information processing systems, as well as their management and use in different application contexts. The course will be supplied the basics and technologies related to the different aspects of a system of information processing, databases and information systems, the interaction between man and machine, coding, and electronic representation of the information.



Detailed Course Content

The aim of the course is to provide a set of scientific-disciplinary skills related to the design, implementation, management and application of processing systems of data. The course will introduce the major technologies of computer systems and will provide the theoretical foundations of information processing systems, on databases, information systems, man-machine interaction, and on encoding and electronic representation of the information.
