DIRITTO SOCIALE

The course deepens the evolution of sociali rights recognized by law to workers against the employer, also with reference to the fairness of trade union relations. In general, social law refers to the complexity of the protection and the services provided by the state and the local authorities in order to ensure a social protection net: education, health, pensions, social security (in case of illness, pregnancy, unemployment ), social-welfare services (for children without children, elderly people, chronic and disabled people).
