Downstream processing of protein products. Therapeutic proteins. Citokines. Vaccines. Monoclonal antibodies. Oligonucleotides (ON): ON-medicinal Chemistry, pharmacokinetics and toxicology. MODULO B (Prof.ssa L. Pasquinucci) - (3 CFU)
The disconnection approach. Synthesis of aromatic compounds. One-group C-X and C-C disconnections. Two-group C-X disconnections: 1,3-difunctionalised, 1,5-difunctionalised, 1,4-difunctionalised and 1,6-difunctionalised compounds.
